What a listing actually means

A person with authority to speak for the business read the pledge, typed their name to sign it, and agreed to have that signature published. That is the whole claim. OnlyLegals does not inspect payroll, review I-9 forms, or audit anyone — though a business that publishes its E-Verify employer ID can be checked against the participant list USCIS publishes.
